Josephine Fuse Panarella, 85, of Belle Vernon, Rostraver Township, died Tuesday, March 8, 2011, in UPMC Mercy Hospital, Pittsburgh, with her loving family at her bedside. Born May 13, 1925, in Leckrone, she was the daughter of the late John C. and Julia Krasko Fuss. A resident of Belle Vernon for more than 60 years, Mrs. Panarella was a member of St. Sebastian Roman Catholic Church and was a homemaker. She is survived by her husband, James S. Panarella; three daughters and sons-in-law, Patricia and Nikola Rebraca, of New York, Antoinette and Cary Dudgeon, of Belle Vernon, and Rosemarie Panarella, of Belle Vernon; five grandchildren, Sergia Rebraca, Arielle Rebraca, Erin Wilson, Chaz Pope and Katarina Rebraca; and three great-grandchildren, Isaac Pope, Alexander Wilson and Antonia Rebraca. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. She was preceded in death by three brothers, Theadore, Walter and John Fuse; and three sisters, Victoria Fuse, Rosella Pyne and Jane Fournier. Private funeral services and interment were held Wednesday, March 9, at Belle Vernon Cemetery with the Rev. Msgr. Roger A. Statnick, pastor of St. Sebastian Church, officiating.
