Philip D. Grabel, 62, of Crafton, died unexpectedly at his home Monday, Sept. 17, 2012. He was the loving father of Sarah Grabel; grandfather of Kaydin LeVan; dear brother of Betty L. (John) Langhurst, Fred C. "Butch" (Kim) Grabel, Mary "Midge" (Jack) Wenger and Dolores "Lori" Boyer. Also survived by numerous loving nieces and nephews. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the HERSHBERGER-STOVER INC. FUNERAL HOME, 170 Noble Ave., Crafton. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 12:30 p.m. Thursday in St. Philip Church. Interment with military honors will be in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies. American Legion Post 145 will hold service at 7 p.m. Wednesday.
