Charline Bruzas Obituary

Charline Bruzas passed away July 5, 2025, in Avon, Indiana. She was born to James and Belva (Holmes) Davis on May 17, 1937, in Herrin, Illinois.

She married Ted Bruzas on July 4, 1958, and, together, they raised their family on Indianapolis’s west side. Charline was a faithful member since the early days of Chapel Hill United Methodist Church, and she volunteered countless hours with the Methodist Hospital White Cross Guild and Living with Faith & Cancer.

She was preceded in death by her husband earlier this year. 

She is survived by her four children, Steve (Nila), Greg (Karen), Tammy, and Laurinda. Also surviving are her four grandchildren Jeana (Justin) Culp, Stevie (Kevin) Frank, Melissa Myers, and Christopher (Rachael), and eight great grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.  Thursday July 10, 2025, at Conkle Funeral Home, Avon Chapel.   The funeral service will take place immediately following the visitation at 10:30 am.   The burial will be in West Ridge Park Cemetery.
