Deborah Lynn Horton was called home to her Heavenly Father on June 25, 2025. A devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, Deborah spent thirty-six cherished years in Bolivar, Texas, where she built a life full of love and service with her beloved husband, Benny Horton, and their six children.
Deborah was born in Weatherford, Texas, on August 30, 1950, the oldest child of Bob and Ann Endsley of Granbury, Texas. She graduated from Eastern Hills High School, where she met the love of her life, Benny. The two were married on August 1, 1969, in Fort Worth, Texas, and went on to share fifty-six wonderful years together. Their journey included raising six children and several big moves—all navigated with strength, humor, and heart.
In the 1970s, Deborah became a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She served faithfully in every calling with joy, enthusiasm, and a spirit of adventure that left a lasting impression on those around her.
Deborah leaves behind a legacy of love, unwavering devotion, and deep commitment to the sanctity of family. Affectionately known as “Nau-Nau,” she was the proud grandmother of eighteen grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband, Benny Horton; daughters Jessica Bringhurst and Amanda Isaac; sons Ethan Horton and Gerald Horton; and her brother, Mike Endsley. She is preceded in death by two of her daughters, Melissa Johnson and Emily Stokes.
Deborah’s life was one of grace, resilience, and enduring love. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
Services for Deborah are set for 10:00 am, Friday, July 11, 2025, at the Bolivar Cemetery in Sanger, Texas.
Services have been entrusted to Coker Funeral Home in Sanger. Please share a memory or offer condolences to the Horton Family in our online guest book.

Debby was such a precious friend in Jr. High and High School. Visiting with her at several events during the later years was always a joy. She adored and loved her family and church.
Rest in peace precious friend.

Debby and I became friends in 7th grade and have remained life long friends. Although we didn’t always see each other, we kept in touch. When we were together, it was like no time had passed. Love you Debby. Rest in peace. Love to all the family.
