I had the privilege of working with Dr. Mitchell for nine years at his surgical center in San Bernardino. in all that time, I never once heard him speak in anger or say anything negative. He was always kind, always composed.
Dr. Mitchell often spoke of his family-both and far-with deep love and affection. Dr. Mitchell would always speak about Drew with such joy and pride. He was a man with a beautiful heart and a great laugh, and his warmth touched everyone around him.
I am so very sorry for your great loss. Please know that he made a lasting impact on those who knew him.

I had the privilege of working with Dr. Jesse Mitchell for nearly 20 years. In all that time, I never once saw him upset — he was always calm, kind, and carried himself with such warmth and grace. He had a big, genuine smile that could brighten any room, and he treated everyone with respect and compassion.
What stood out most was the way he spoke about his family. The smile on his face and the way his eyes lit up when he talked about his wife and son said everything. His love for them was so deep and so real.
His presence left a lasting impact on everyone lucky enough to know him. My thoughts and deepest condolences go out to his beloved family during this difficult time.

My deepest condolences to the Mitchell family for your loss.
I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Mitchell when he acquired Surgery Center of San Bernardino. Dr . Mitchell was an exceptional physician, coworker and human being. He treated all with kindness and respect.
I remember fondly when he would bring his boy to the center when he was a little guy. Andrew would come in tired and sleepy. I would offer my lap and a warm blanket and I would rock him back and forth. Dr Mitchell would pass through the employee lounge and smile moving onto surgery or clinic. I also recall him making the best milkshakes for the staff.
It was a pleasure working alongside you and I will always remember your kindness.
Rest in peace Dr. Mitchell.
Until we meet again..

I’ve had the honor of working with Dr Mitchell since 2021, he’s been my mentor and go to person since I first started Advanced Dermatology, . Dr Mitchell really taught me how important it is to care for patients in need just by watching his example . He treated patients with pure kindness and compassion like no other doctor I’ve ever known . He taught me to always think outside the box to find other alternatives it’s never a dead end. Dr Mitchell would sit and talk to me on my break during surgery days just to see how I was doing . He had a heart of gold he made Advanced Dermatology what it is today and was very proud of it . I will miss you Dr Mitchell ❤
