Gavin Pinson Obituary

Heavenly Father, we grieve the loss of our precious Gavin, a life that was so new and full of promise. We thank you for the joy he brought, however brief, and for the love he inspired. We ask for your comfort and strength to surround Brooke and Corey and our family as we mourn. We entrust him to your loving arms, knowing that he is now in your presence. Grant us peace and healing, and may we one day be reunited with him in your eternal kingdom. Amen."

Brooke and Corey:

Words of encouragement for someone who has lost loved ones are extremely difficult to find. Just have a little talk with Jesus is the first thing that comes to my mind. I wish there is something I can say to ease your pain. I can only pray that with God, your strength you will regain.

In times like these you'll have your unbearable moments when you can't stand.....KNEEL. God knows your heart and exactly how you feel.
Rely on family and friends no doubt, just think how much you are cared about. Although it is difficult to see beyond sorrow, may God give you courage, strenghth, comfort and peace to face today and tomorrows.

When we call upon our faith in which we believe and trust, your two little angels with always hold a special place in your hearts and with us.

May God continue to bless you and keep you in His care.

To Our Angel in Heaven,
I think of you everyday and the joy you brought into our lives. For months, I dreamed of what you would be like. Our brief day spent with you here on Earth was the best day of our lives; you were everything I could have imagined. You had daddy's nose, mommy's chin, and the softest feet. Our perfect little boy, a true gift from God. Paradise is a million times better now that you've joined your brother in Heaven. Mommy and Daddy will meet you both there one day. Please continue visiting us in our dreams. Love you forever, my sweet boy.

There are times when we do not understand why events happen. I do know that we take comfort with the ideas that do make sense to us. For myself, yes, I do believe we will at some point make a reconnect with Gavin. After all, we are all of us connected. Brooke and Corey, you will make it through this sad time. Let that grief and love for the little guy flow and heal you. Love to (all 3 of you). From a great grandmother who has comforting thoughts to share.
