Kenneth Johnston Obituary

Kenneth Ray Johnston

Aka “Kdawg”

March 9, 1975 - June 29, 2025

Born to Kathy and Raymond Johnston, Brother to Rene and Steven Johnston, Father to Becca Johnston and a very loving companion to Kelly Young,

Uncle and dear friend to many.

Kenny was a person who touched so many lives, he was truly one of a kind. If you ever met Kenny you knew he was one of the most giving and thoughtful people you could ever meet.

Knowing Kenny also came with humor that was continuous and never ending. His clown ways and shenanigans were countless and the biggest part of his personality.

Kenny put the “FAM” in Family for all of us Johnstons for sure!

He was a hard working, humbling man. He loved hard and  played harder.

He was a precious child, irreplaceable brother, amazing father, had bottomless love for being an uncle and a true friend to many.

Kenny will truly be missed by all that he touched, the world was such a better place because he was in it!

In lieu of flowers  you can make donations to:

Stray Paws Rescue in St Charles, Missouri due to his love of animals. 7055 Mexico Rd, Box 1663. St. Peters, MO. 63376

A brother from another mother. You and yours were family to me growing up. I will never forget and am so very thankful for all the fond memories. You were full of life and happiness. A brother, friend, son, and father like no other. I consider myself blessed for the time and memories together. It's hard for me to process your gone, but if you had to go, I'm glad Steven will have some of the best company I can imagine. You will be sorely missed. Rest in peace bro.

How many other people called you their best friend? I’m sure there are many. You were my very best friend. Even though we lived far apart. You are irreplaceable my friend. Go hang out with Steven now. And don’t forget to feed Jake.
