Larry Brasell Obituary

A service celebrating the life of Larry Brasell will be held on Wednesday, August 20th at Bible Baptist Church in Camden, AL. Visitation with family and friends will begin at 9:00 a.m. followed by the funeral service at 10:00 a.m., officiated by Brother Tommy Primm and Brother Mike Kitzinger. Larry will be laid to rest in the Sunny South Baptist Church Cemetery.

Larry was a beloved husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. A man of deep faith in both word and deed. Larry lost his wife, Becky Brasell, of almost 60 years only 25 days prior to his death. While the clinical term is long, in short, Larry died of a broken heart. He is now in heaven with the love of his life.

Larry is preceded in death by his parents, Ryan Tennyson Brasell and Thelma Phillips Walker; brothers, James Shelton Brasell and Rile Singleton Brasell; sister, Alice Faye Tutt; and daughter-in-law, Kimberly Sue Curly Brasell.

Larry is survived by his three sons. He leaves behind a beautiful legacy in his nine grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

Larry is also lovingly remembered by his sister, Barbara Jean Tyler, as well as, many other nieces and nephews. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
