Mary Frances Crowley Obituary

Mrs. Mary Frances Stroud Crowley, 81, of Nichols, entered Heaven’s pearly gates early Sunday morning, February 6, 2022, at her daughter’s home after a long bought with illness.

Mrs. Mary Frances was born in Marion County on December 29, 1940, a daughter to the late Harrison McGhee Stroud and the late Mary Frances Stroud. She was a loving mother and homemaker. She loved her children and grandchildren. Mrs. Crowley loved her Lord and was a devoted servant to him.

Surviving Mrs. Crowley are her children: Connie Johnson, Sharon Williamson, and Ricky Williamson, all of Nichols; her grandchildren: Crystal Williamson of Columbia, Tonya Williamson, Ricky Williamson, and Alan Johnson, all of Nichols; her two great grandchildren: Charlotte Williamson and Alexa Pebbles; her sister: Mildred Turner of Aynor; and her two brothers: Cecil Stroud of Nichols and Randy Stroud of Nichols.

Mrs. Crowley was preceded in death by her first husband, Vondle Williamson; her second husband, Kermen D. Crowley; and a grandson, Anthony Johnson.

A graveside service for Mrs. Crowley will be held Wednesday, February 9, at 1:00 P.M. in Cedar Creek Cemetery in Nichols, with Rev. Jeff Jacobs, and directed by Cox-Collins Funeral Home.
