I went to school with Mike in Arlington Heights, Illinois. His father was my 5th grade teacher. It is amazing that we both met again in Pentwater, Michigan. We had many enjoyable evenings with Mike and Susan and always enjoyed Mike's stories. We no longer have our Pentwater cottage, but, thankfully, we were in Pentwater for the 4th of July. We visited Mike on the 3rd and had a very nice visit, laughing about many things. He will be missed.

Mike was Grandfather to a truly outstanding family. His wife, Suzie was an amazing mom as is their daughter, Lori. Their Son, Scott and grandchildren, Nate and Pat are talented and good hearted men. Over the years Mike and Suzie sponsored weekly Kite Flying Beach parties for almost 18,000 families and friends. May their legacy of joy and generosity carry on for many, many generations to come. Love to them all.
