Cleo was a true, honest and smart man. I really enjoyed listening to his many stories especially when he would light up with stories of his many flights! Flying was his true passion.
He will be surely missed by his many friends and especially his family.

Our Deepest Condolences

Mr. Lewis will be greatly missed by the family of Davey Birt. My favorite memory of Mr. Lewis was when I first met him when Davey and I were dating and we visited their home. I knew I was in for a treat when he said I needed to sit down so we could chat. He shared a funny story of when they baby sat Davey as a child. His gift of story telling and sharing memories were always captivating and often very funny. Our family was excited that they were moving to Texas and we had fun keeping up with their home being built. Our families have spent many holidays and celebrations together since the Lewis’ moved to Texas. Mr. & Mrs. Lewis have attend our children’s events from band performances to sports. Our children loved his story telling from the military to teaching in California. I thank God for knowing such a wonderful man that was like the uncle I’ve never had. May his entire family be comforted by the Holy Spirit in the days and months ahead. With God’s love,
