Mr. James Yarbough Obituary

James Earl Yarbough was born on April 17, 1943, to the late Jim Yarbough and Jewel Lee Boykin Yarbough in Zavala, Texas.


James departed life on Sunday, September 28, 2025, at Baptist Herman Memorial Hospital.


James attends George Washington Carver School. Later, he was accepted to Tyler Barber College, where he obtained a Barber license in Tyler, Texas.


James married Mary Lee Chamble Yarbough, and from this union, two children were born.


 James worked as a Barber and as a Construction worker in North Texas for many years.


James was baptized in his youth and received God’s Grace and Mercy throughout his life.


James is preceded in death by his parents, Jim and Jewel Lee Yarbough; brothers, Cecil Yarbough, Joe Yarbough, Marvin Yarbough and a sister, Mary Jean Yarbough


James Earl leaves to cherish his precious memories those who knew him best, including his only beloved daughter, LaShanda Yarbough (Tracy) of Jacksonville, Texas and sons, Keithan Earl Yarbough (Tereskova) of Lancaster, Texas, Michael Yarbough (Lisa) of Dallas, Texas, and James Barlow (Doris) of Silsbee, Texas; brother, Arthur L. Yarbough (Caroline); sister, Gloria Washington of Beaumont, Texas, and Sarah Sells (Wilbert) of Silsbee, Texas, and a generational pride – from grands, to great-grands, to great-greats, and even a few triple great-grandchildren.  A host of nieces, nephews, friends and relatives; a special, loyal, and beautiful friend, Miss Betty M. Artine and special friend, Miss Patricia Ann of Dallas, Texas, this is the son of James Earl, Keithan Yarbough’s mother.
