Ray Phillips Obituary
Ray Donavan Phillips, 37, Bolton High School Graduate and former Fed Ex employee passed away May 16, 2025. Ray is survived by his beloved son Carson, his father and mother Donavan and Terri Phillips, his sister Emily Phillips, grandmother Freda Clark and Aunt Bonnie Clark. He will be so greatly missed by all and will always be in our hearts. He is now resting in Gods arms. Visitation for Ray will be June 7, 2025, 3:00 p.m.. with a 3:30 p.m. memorial service to follow at Harmony Church 6740 St. Elmo Rd, Bartlett, TN 38135. I haven’t spoken to Ray since high school and I really regret it - he was always very kind to me from the first time we met in 6th grade, even though he was cool and I was (very) not cool. He stuck up for me a few times too when he didn’t have to. He did like to tease but it was always good-spirited! He didn’t even rub it in when he smoked me in a foot-race that I thought I was going to win. I am so sorry for his family - I know nothing can really help right now but I wanted to share the positive impact Ray had on me, and I’m sure that extended to others at well.
