Bill passed away peacefully with his mom and his sister by his side. He is survived by his mom, Lila Frye, Sister Pamela Frye and Nephews Joshua Frye, Isaiah Frye and his cat Cotton. A visitation will be Sunday afternoon for family and friends at the home between the hours of two and five.
