JAMES ROY GILES, 75, of South Webster, OH passed away on September 14, 2025 He was born to his late parents; Fred Giles and Gladys Sparks Giles. He is survived by his wife, Donna Sue Heaberlin Giles. There will be a public visitation from 1 - 2 p.m., on Friday, September 19, 2025 at Phillips Funeral Home, 1004 S. 7th St. Ironton, OH. A graveside service will follow in Macedonia Cemetery at 2:30 p.m., after the visitation.
