Canyon Frank Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Canyon Joshua Frank, who left this world far too soon on June 19, 2025, just one week before his 21st birthday. Born in Mesa, Arizona, on June 26, 2004, Canyon spent his entire life in his beloved home state, surrounded by family, friends, and the mountain country of Northern Arizona he grew to love. He was the cherished son of Jake and Shannon Frank and a beloved brother to Daniel, Jacob, Meagan, Kansas, and Savannah. Canyon had a vibrant spirit and a gift for bringing joy to others. Known for his humor and quick wit, he was a jokester who could lift anyone's mood. Yet beyond the laughter, Canyon possessed a deep and genuine compassion. He was always ready to help, always willing to serve, and always thinking of others before himself. His faith in his Savior, Jesus Christ, was the foundation of his life. Canyon's quiet strength, devotion, and love for the Lord inspired everyone around him. His testimony was not just spoken-it was lived in the way he treated others and the light he carried. Canyon attended Legacy Traditional School, and later, he attended Round Valley High School in Eagar, Arizona, where he lived with his cousins and formed lifelong bonds. He had a passion for working out, spending time with family, and making people laugh. His love for life and those around him was fierce, loyal, and unforgettable. Now, like an eagle soaring high above the earth, Canyon has spread his wings-free, unburdened, and full of grace. He has risen beyond this world, surrounded by angels and lifted into peace by the love of those who have gone before him. Though our hearts ache with his absence, we find comfort in knowing he is flying free-his spirit strong, his smile bright-watching over us with the same fierce love and light he shared so generously here on earth. Canyon is now reunited with loved ones who went before him, including his sister Heidi Frank, Monti Allred, his grandfather, Bryan Allred, his uncle, and Joni Allred, his aunt. We find peace in knowing they are together, watching over those they left behind. A memorial service celebrating Canyon's life will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, June 30, 2025, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 41246 Barnes Parkway, San Tan Valley, AZ 85140. In lieu of flowers, the family encourages acts of kindness in Canyon's memory-help someone in need, share a smile, or be the reason someone feels loved today

Canyon was and always will be one of my grandsons who I was fortunate to meet a year and a half ago. Life has a way of separating families by many miles and the business of making our livings and not enough time or money keep us apart. Such is life but I have watched Jake and Shannon´s children grow up through Shannon´s wonderful photo albums into vibrant , happy loving young people. I often wished they lived next door but I´m at peace knowing they are in good hands and a loving family. Canyon was so friendly and full of life and made you feel special. I thank God I got to meet him before He took him and I know he´s in Heaven where love is infinite. We´ll all be together again someday watching over our loved ones now and those to come and it will all be crystal clear in understanding life and how it works. Many minds and one heart. I love you all out there in Arizona.
