To the Family of Rev. P.Q. English may God Bless your family and comfort them in their time of need. I remember every time I saw Rev. English he would call me Jonas Brown after my father. Rest in Peace Sir you earned it.

My sincere condolences to the English family. I go back a long way with the Reverend. My grandmother, Mrs. Aline Jackson, was a member of Rocky Mount Baptist Church, Oxford Alabama. He knew that whole side of my family. My Uncles, Wilton, Leonard and Larry Jackson. My mother Patricia (Rose) Barbra, Jean and Sarah. I remember hearing him preach as a kid. Great memories of Sunday dinners at the house with his family. A good man that will be remembered by many. Prayers for peace and comfort for his family, Amen.
