Joanne Parsons Obituary
Joanne A. Parsons, 81, of Jackson Center, PA, passed away on Wednesday, August 27, 2025 at Avalon Springs in Mercer, PA. Joanne was born on April 26, 1944 in Conneautville, PA to the late Frederick and Ethel Lillian (Combs) Bowman.
Joanne married James H. Parsons on June 27, 2001. He preceded her in death on October 27, 2024.
She was formerly a supervisor of food service at the State Regional Correctional Facility of Mercer for many years.
Surviving is her brother-in-law, Walter Reeher in Mercer and several nieces and nephews.
Her parents; husband, James H. Parsons; son, Brian McNamee; four brothers and 3 sisters preceded Joanne in death.
There will be no services at Joanne’s request. Burial will be at Mt. Washington Cemetery, Mercer, PA.
