I knew and delt with Judy frequently at Facilities Management at Ohio University for several years. She was definitely a rare rose amongst dandelions. So saddened by her passing. She definitely was a quality human being and that’s the way I’ll always remember her. Certainly considered her a very trustworthy friend and that’s how I’am going to remember the name Judy Radford. She had to be an astonishing mother. I thank God for letting me be a small part of her life.

Aunt Judy, I will miss your laugh. It was the absolute best. Thank you for hosting all those family reunions, and for sharing the most amazing Christmas cookie recipe (with that secret ingredient;) May your family find comfort in each other, their faith and all the beautiful memories they have of you
