My condolences to the family. Jerry was my Bestie for now and forever more . We go way back as friends so long ago Jerry was always there for anybody that needed him for anything no matter what always smiling ,laughing ,fixing a car or buying a hot rod or judging a car show or just having lunch. well my heart weeps because I didn’t get to say goodbye. But we all know there are no goodbyes.. I love you Bestie and I will always hold a special place in my heart just for you .I know God will take good care of you.

I ve known Jerry for many years through the car show world . He produced many shows himself that were first class . He will be sorely missed by all the car enthusiasts such as myself . His knowledge of the cars as well as his honesty about the cars was great ! RIP my friend. Tim Merryman

I was shocked to hear the news of Jerry's passing. Its seems just a few months ago I passed Jerry in the warehouse of Mclane, it was he last day, he was so happy almost running out of the building. He was finally going to retire, I was so happy for him. I worked with Jerry for many years in the receiving department, I enjoyed our many talks, he would always have me laughing. I met Jerry years ago playing basketball at YMCA in Fredericksburg. Found out we both had a love for Fox body Mustangs. I always tried to pick his brain and gain some of his mechanical knowledge but he was way ahead of me, but I could tell he had passion for it. Going to miss talking to him at Tabernacles car show. I was saddened when he told me about his brothers passing recently. To the family I would like to send my deepest condolences . May GOD bless you.
