Opal Baker Obituary

Opal Fern Wagner Baker, age 78, of Haskell, passed away Sunday, February 16, 2025.  She was born June 9, 1946 in Bauxite, Arkansas. Opal was a LPTN for 36 years at the Benton Service Center.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Edith & FD Wagner; husband, William "Bill" Clinton Baker; and siblings, Alfred, Larry, and Bobby Wagner.
Opal is survived by three children, Robert Stuckey of Benton, Tamara Ogden (Will) of Haskell, and Keith Baker (Judy) of Traskwood; seven grandchildren, Bre Headington (Zack) of Benton, Jordan Stuckey of Cabot, Clint Stuckey of Maumelle, Tristian Stuckey (Jessica) of Benton, Grace Baker-Snider of Magnolia, Edi Baker of Little Rock, and Connor Ogden of Haskell; eleven great-grandchildren, Hayden, Ayden, Phoenix, Kyleigh, Keeley, Kassidy, Karleigh, Henry, Hazel, Ezra, and Georgia Fern; two siblings, Donnie Wagner (Barbara) of Benton and Linda Newell (Dale) of Greenbrier; sister-in-law, Patsy Wagner of Traskwood; and her life-long best friend, Lynda Shelton of Benton.
Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Thursday, February 20 at Ashby Funeral Home.
Graveside services will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, February 21 at Pinecrest Memorial Park.
