What a wonderful doctor! I enjoyed both being his patient and working with him in Same Day Surgery at St Vincent's East. Condolences to his family! He will be remembered fondly!

I knew Paul during our years together at Medical Center East. He was a compassionate talented man and I always enjoyed visiting with him and swapping stories. He will be missed.

he gave my autistic son a autographed picture of him on the summit of Mt. Everest and a challenge coin. He made him feel special and helped us through a bad E.R. visit. Very nice and caring Doctor and he will be missed.

Not once but two times, we met Dr. Obert in the early morning hours for him to cauterize my son's nose. Blood was splatttering on the floor and Dr. Obert and he was the same calmness at 2:00 a.m. as he was for a daytime appointment. My son loved the stories and I still remember the photo of him on the top if the summit with the flag. He treated my son for years for allergies and also surgery. My deepest sympathy to you all. Im sure he was a fabulous Grandfather. Jacquelyn Sweatt

I always enjoyed going to see Dr Obert. He treated my family for sinusitis & allergies. But, what I really looked forward to was the conversations we would have about anything & everything accept my illness. He was a very funny & accomplished man!

So very sorry to see this. I worked as a nurse anesthetist for many years with Dr Obert. He cared deeply for his patients and helped many that were financially insecure. Deepest sympathy to his family.
