Julie STUART Obituary

STUART, Julie E. (Mastrangelo) Of Londonderry, NH, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family. Born on January 3, 1945, Julie lived a life marked by devotion to her family, her work and the community. She was a greeter at St. Mark's Church and served on the Bereavement Committee. She was a 20-year volunteer for Community Caregivers of Derry, NH. Her clients all received her bountiful love and caring. At Mary Star of the Sea, in Simpson Bay in Saint Martin, she continued her high level of goodness.

She was the beloved wife of Bob Stuart, Sr. for 60 beautiful years. In 1976, Julie and Bob founded Eastern Rainbow, out of their home in Hyde Park, MA. Two years later, they moved both the business and their young family to New Hampshire. The company would become the cornerstone of their life's work and legacy. Julie's energy, creativity and quiet determination were instrumental in its success.

Julie was a proud and loving mother to Bob, Jr. and his wife, Karen, Julia and Nancy Hunt. She was a cherished grandmother to five grandchildren, Cam Stuart, Amanda Hunt, Brett Stuart, Vanessa Hunt and Mike Stuart. She led by example with strength, grace and endless generosity. She is survived by her brothers, Paul and Daniel of Hyde Park; her sister, Ann Tierney and her husband, Richard of Dorchester. She was predeceased by her brother, Robert.

She had a lifelong passion of staying active, often beginning her mornings with a workout. Perhaps what brought her the greatest joy outside of family was traveling with Bob. The two visited Saint Martin dozens of times over the years, making it their second home and a place of deep happiness and connection.

Julie's presence was one of warmth, calm and quiet strength. Whether at home, at work or abroad, she lived with purpose and love and leaves behind a legacy that will be remembered always.

July 16, 2025

I was just a young child when our family moved in across the street. We lived there through my high school graduation. Her and Bob shared their home with me and my brother, swimming in their pool, even graciously allowing my brother to go undefeated in our countless tennis matches over the years. I´m so sorry for your families loss. The Therrien´s send their condolences.
