MURPHY, Richard F. "Dick," age 83, of Wilmington, MA, passed away peacefully, on October 7, 2025, at Lahey Hospital, surrounded by his family. Dick was the beloved husband of Hannah Christine (Desmond) Murphy of Wilmington; loving father of Richard Murphy of Sterling, VA and Siobhan Murphy of Reading, MA. Cherished "Papa" to Sean Murphy of Reading, MA. Dear son of the late Richard and Mary (Lane) Murphy; he is survived by his sister, Mary Patricia Vozzella and her husband, Robert, of Wilmington; as well as many family and friends.
