Bradenton, Florida - Mellisa Lillian Brennan (Roberts), 61, passed away on August 1, 2025. Born and raised in Ocala, Florida, on March 26, 1964, Mellisa's life was defined by her intelligence, compassion, generosity, and adventurous spirit.
Since 2011, Mellisa made her home in Sarasota and Bradenton, Florida, where she touched the lives of countless friends, neighbors, and loved ones. Her warm heart and willingness to help others left a lasting impression on everyone she met.
Mellisa is survived by her father, Donald Ray Roberts of Athens, Tennessee; her devoted husband, Patrick Kelly Brennan of Bradenton, FL; and her loving son, Jonathan Ray Rabusin of Clearwater, FL. She was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Louise Kuplen.
An amazing mother and friend, Mellisa will be remembered for her benevolence, her joyful energy, and her unwavering love for those around her.
