Pamela Bassett Obituary

Of Kenmore died at the McAuley Residence. She was the daughter of the late Elizabeth (Noonan) Bassett and the late Millson M. Bassett, Jr.; sister of the late Richard (Mary Louise) Bassett; and aunt of Amy McAlister and Daniel and Bryan Bassett. Pam graduated from Lafayette High School and the University at Buffalo. She was a tireless volunteer with the SPCA Serving Erie County, Shea's Performing Arts Center and Explore Buffalo. Additionally, Pam traveled widely, and was an active member of the Sheridan Women's Golf League and the FootHills Trail Club. Funeral Service will be held at a future date which will be announced. To honor Pam, donations may be made to the SPCA Serving Erie County, 300 Harlem Road, West Seneca, NY 14224. Please share online condolences at www.lesterwedekindtfuneralhome.com

I just found out Pam passed away. I was her neighbor almost 23 years. I lived directly across from her. She was a very nice person. We always joked around about how much we both walked a lot. She will be missed. May she rest in peace.

My cousin Pam lived down the street from us with my great aunt Marie so we would see each other frequently. She visited me in California once and we exchanged cards at Christmas. She told me she golfed so I thought it would have been great to play a round with her

Pamela will surely be missed. She was a complete joy as a friend and a coworker.... I remember she always had a helping hand and a smile . A lovely person. God Bless her family and friends and help them through this most difficult time.
