Tammy Gail Sculley, born on January 9, 1978, in Louisville, Jefferson County, Kentucky, passed away peacefully on October 9, 2025, also in Louisville. She had previously worked for Wendy's in Carrollton.
Tammy enjoyed a variety of hobbies that brought her joy. She had a particular passion for collecting coins, reveling in the history and stories behind each piece. In her spare time, she delighted in watching older television shows, finding comfort and entertainment in the nostalgia they provided.
Tammy's legacy is cherished by her family. She is survived by her mother, Caroline Ann Moore McDole; her son, Joe Curtis Sculley, III, of Worthville, KY; her daughters, Nicole (Thordy) Rison of Worthville, KY, and Amanda (Damon) Edmondson of Worthville, KY. In addition to her children, she is mourned by her brothers: Larry Carl Smith of Hanover, IN, Sollie Lane Smith of Hanover, IN, Michael Wayne Smith of Carrollton, KY, and Michael Wayne Hanlon of Pleasureville, KY. Tammy also leaves behind her sisters, Myra (Justin) Perkinson of Hanover, IN, and Sherry Whitaker of Radcliff, KY, along with nine beloved grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Tammy was preceded in death by her father, Larry Lane Smile, and her son, Joshua Curtis Sculley. The loss of such a cherished individual is profound, and she will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Visitation and funeral services will be held at Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home in Carrollton, Kentucky. Friends and family are invited to pay their respects on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, followed by the funeral service at 1:00 PM. Tammy's memory will live on in the hearts of her loved ones, as they remember her spirit and the joyful times shared together.
