Hattie Draughon Obituary

Hattie M. Draughon, 83, of Clinton departed this life on May 28, 2025.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, June 5, 2025 at 1 p.m. at Mingle Hill Disciples Church (Salemburg). Burial will follow at Grandview Memorial Park (Clinton).

She is survived by her children, Vickie D. McMullen (Floyd) of Locust, Lynette D. Williams (Ronald) of Charlotte and Jeffrey R. Draughon (Hilda) of Harrells; six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; two sisters, Pearl Joyner of Clinton and Selenia Northcutt (Doug) of Lanham, Maryland; one brother, Larry D. Tatum (Vertrese) of Clinton; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

There will be a viewing on Thursday, June 5, from noon to 1 p.m. at the church; the family will receive friends at the home.

Summerville-Boykin Mortuary (Garland) is handling the arrangements.
