JULIE ANN DeBOEVER
September 8, 1970 ˜ September
8, 2025

Julie Ann DeBoever, 55, passed away on September 8, 2025, in Washougal. She was born in Portland, OR, to Harvey Powell and Linda (Blanchet) Powell. She was the oldest of four children: two sisters, Ramona and Taunya, and one brother, Chris. Growing up, she lived in Vancouver, moving to Washougal in 1982. Julie met her husband of 28 years, James DeBoever, on a blind date at the former Riverside Bowl in Camas. Their romance blossomed, and Jim and Julie married on June 28, 1997. Julie was a devoted housewife, and she ran a loving, happy home for her family. Julie had a variety of jobs, but in 1992 she received her CNA license and went on to care for seniors, including working at Lookout Ridge Senior Living until she passed. Julie enjoyed bowling, country music, movies, and playing video and computer games. She also enjoyed visiting the beach. Julie was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband, James, her sisters, Ramona Jeffery (David), Taunya Anen (Steve), her brother, Chris Powell (Michele), her aunts, Judy Jones and Karen Thorton, and many nieces and nephews. Julie will be remembered at a Graveside Service at the Camas Cemetery on October 10, 2025, at 1 p.m.
