Bryan Blackford Obituary
A proud 1978 Missouri State Cross Country Champion, Bryan's determination and competitive spirit shone brightly from a young age. He attended what is now Missouri School of Science and Technology where he founded his own Sigma Chi fraternity chapter - a testament to his leadership, initiative, and enduring friendships. He ultimately graduated from Southeast Missouri State University.
Bryan built a successful career in medical sales, where his charisma, ability to make strong connections, and genuine care for others earned him lasting respect and admiration. Outside of work, he was known as the life of every party - always ready with a joke, a quick smile, and the kind of laughter that filled a room. His playful spirit and knack for making people feel special made him unforgettable to everyone who knew him.
Bryan is survived by his loving mother, Donna Blackford; his brother, Todd Blackford; his children, Lauren Lawlis, Jessica Blackford, and AJ Blackford; and his cherished grandchildren, Collins Lawlis and Weldon Lawlis. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all whose lives he brightened along the way.
A celebration of Bryan's life will be held Oct. 17. 2025 at Montgomery United Methodist Church, 22548 TX-105, Montgomery, TX 77356 at 2pm, the reception will follow immediately after the service at Amore Ristorante 14860 Hwy 105 W, Montgomery, TX 77356. In lieu of flowers or gifts, the family asks that donations be made to Montgomery United Methodist Church in Bryan's honor at https://www.mumctex.org/give
Bryan will be remembered for his humor, his heart, and his ability to make every moment - and every person - feel special.
