Mary A. Farrow

Mary A. Farrow, was born May 2, 1945, in Minnesota, to George and Ruth (nee Becker) Kummer. She passed peacefully with her family by her side on Saturday, October 11, 2025, at her home in Sarasota, Florida.

Mary was a dedicated business owner and realtor who had a deep appreciation for nature, the arts, and all things beautiful. Her passionate involvement in Pro-Life causes and her faithful presence in various prayer groups will be deeply missed.

She is survived by her loving daughters, Karla (Scott) Stevens and Julie Farrow; her siblings, Ronald Kummer, Norma (Chick) Kimmes and Gerry (Dee Dee) Kummer. Loving aunt to many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, Earl W Farrow.

Visitation from 9:00 until 10:00 AM, with a Rosary Prayer Service at 9:30 AM, followed by a Funeral Mass, Monday, October 20, 2025, at St. Theresa Catholic Church, 55 N. Benton St., Palatine, IL 60067. Burial at St. Mathias Cemetery in Hampton, Minnesota on Thursday, October 23, 2025.

Memorial contributions may be given to Little Sisters of the Poor, 80 W. Northwest Hwy., Palatine, IL 60067.
