Reldon Gross, age 95, of Ottawa, passed away Friday, September 19, 2025.
Reldon was born March 14, 1930 in Ottawa, Illinois to Philip and Mabel (Berge) Gross. He married Alice Gutierrez who preceded him in death. Reldon is survived by a son Kenneth (Debby) Gross and grandsons Robbie and Jeff Gross. In addition to his wife, Alice, he was preceded in death by a son, Michael; daughters Janice and Valerie; and brothers Virgil and Lilburn.
Reldon had been a member of the First Church of the Nazarene, now Crossbridge Community Church. He retired from Libby Owens Ford. Reldon proudly served in the US Army during the Korean War. He was a lover of music and a fan of the group Tuba Skinny.
In keeping with Reldon's wishes, there will be no visitation or services. His cremated remains will be buried in Oakwood Memorial Park.
