Patricia Booker Obituary
Patty was a 1970 graduate of Arsenal Technical High School. She has made her home in Knightstown since 1998. Patty loved meeting and talking to new people. She worked over 20 years in hospitality and retired from Sam's Club in 2012. She then worked in home health care for several years. Patty enjoyed vacations at the beach and spending time with family and friends.
She is survived by her husband, Shawn Booker; daughter, Kelly (Daniel) Tabeling; son, Jason/Jander (Lauren) Gray; grandchildren, Jayde (Jordan) Wilkinson, Presley Tabeling, Willow Gray and Gaven Gray; great grandchildren, Haydon, Shepard, and baby Wilkinson; siblings, Rebecca Rene, Mary Beth Guyer, Sharon (Bill) Zehring, Mark and Michael Wilson, Lisa (Earl) Lookebill; and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Michelle Wilson; and brother, Robert "Cork" Wilson.
Services will be at 2:00 PM Monday, September 9, 2024 at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service, Knightstown Chapel with Chaplain Steve Richwine officiating. Burial will follow in Glen Cove Cemetery. Visitation will be 11:00 AM until time of service. Memorial contributions may be made to Sue Ann Wortman Cancer Center, 801 N State Street, Greenfield, IN 46140.
