Scotty Keels Obituary

"A chapter completed, a page turned, a life well lived, a rest well earned." On the morning of April 6, 2025, the Lord reached out His hand and gently said, Scotty come walk with me to a place beyond your dreams. No worries and no pain will you see, because wherever you go, you'll be with me. He attended Anderson County Public School. He grew up in Williamston, SC with his sister, Sarah, brother, Fred, and his adopted parents, Howard and Milwee Scott. He enlisted in the U.S. Army, after the tour of duty he returned to his home in Williamston, SC. Scotty leaves to cherish his precious memory, his companion of 22 years, Wanda Cade; his grandchildren, Khloe, N'Kaya, and Damarion. They loved him and shared a special bond with their papa. Precious memories, his sister, Sarah Lowery Hutcherson of Baltimore, MD; his aunt, Betty Scott of Baltimore, MD; host of cousins and nieces of Atlanta, Ga; host of nieces and nephews of Baltimore, MD. Scotty was preceded in death by his brothers, Maurice Keels, Fred Scott, and Larry Keels; mother, Dorothy Grogan.
