Freddie Davidson Obituary

Freddie Joe Davidson of Green Forest was born in Compton, to Johnnie and Erbie (Beaver) Davidson on May 18, 1940. Joe passed away on December 9, in Green Forest on his farm at the age of 84.
Joe was a member of the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 101. He loved working on his farm and logging. Joe loved his dogs and most of all loved his grandchildren.
He is survived by his children Tammy Jo, Angie, Eddie and Jason Joe, grandchildren Natalie, Grace, Hannah, Cashton Joe, and Jaelyn, along with nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
Joe is preceded in death by his parents Johnnie and Erbie Davidson, siblings Glen, Herbert, Brad, Devoe, Perry, Dot, Tootie, Cotton, Berlin and one grandson Justin.
Visitation will be 5-7 p.m., Thursday, December 12, at Charles M. Nelson Memorial Chapel in Berryville. Funeral service will be 12 p.m., Friday, December 13, 2024, at Charles M. Nelson Memorial Chapel with Brother Waylon Villines and Pastor Bo Bailey officiating. Burial will follow at Crossroads Cemetery in Newton County. Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude's Research, 5001 St. Jude’s Place, Memphis, TN 38105. Arrangements are under the direction of Nelson Funeral Service.
