Karen Koebel Obituary
Karen K. Koebel, 83, passed away July 15, 2025. She was born Nov. 22, 1941.
Karen was a lifelong resident of Berrien County and graduated from Berrien Springs High School in 1959. She married her high school sweetheart, Bob, in 1963. Together they raised and enjoyed their family, daughter, Becky (James) Stephenson; grandchildren: Danielle Downey, Camille Crabtree, Mallorie Miller and Lane Martinek.
Karen was preceded in death by her husband, Bob and daughter, Betsy.
Karen loved being a mom and grandma. Her family was her pride and joy.
A celebration of life gathering will be from noon-2 p.m. on Saturday, July 19, at The Heritage Chapel, 8747 U.S. 31, Berrien Springs, MI 49103. Memorial contributions may be made in Karen's honor to the American Association for Cancer Research. Those wishing to sign Gary's memory book online may do so at www.heritage-chapel.com.
