It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Gloria Davis on May 16, 2025. She is survived by her husband of 61 years, James R. (Jim) Davis; her three children, James Todd Davis and wife Tanya, Tracy Lee Davis and Melissa Ann Arellano and husband Kevin; her six grandchildren, who affectionately called her Nana, Alexa Cooper and husband Lee, Laney Diane Davis, Andrew Davis and wife Alyssa, Camryn Davis, Makayla Arellano and Nicholas Arellano; Brothers-in-Law John Davis and wife Olga and Stephen Davis; Sister-in-Law Elisabeth Ann Rothenberg and husband, Harvey; plus multiple stepbrothers, sister, cousins and friends, etc.
Gloria was a kind and gentle lady who loved to travel with Jim whether for business or pleasure. Cruising, Maui whale watching and summering in the Colorado Mountains were her favorite pastimes. She also loved the wine country areas of California and Europe but most of all loved being with and entertaining family. She will be missed by all!
Services are set for 11 a.m., May 31, at Sam Houston Memorial Funeral Home, 10129 FM1097 W, Willis, Tx. 77318.

Gloria was a wonderful neighbor and friend for nearly thirty years. We so enjoyed her wonderful temperament and humor. We will miss her friendship in Colorado! Rest in peace dear friend.
