Richard will truly missed in the FedEx community. From my first day at FedEx Richard taught me so much and was such a mentor to myself and many many others. There was not a time when he came to our station and did not come through and speak to everyone. I will miss his knowledge and friendly personality. Rest easy Richard and watch down on all of us.
