Condolences to the family of the Hon. John A. Fratto. Judge Fratto was the kindest, smartest person I have known and the most wonderful, caring boss. The Chambers of Judge Fratto and Judge Little were the best in the Hall of Justice. The work got done fast, along with plenty of laughs. I was blessed.
Judie......secretary to the Hon. John A. Fratto.....a gem of a guy. I will miss him forever.
