Dec. 26, 1946 – June 27, 2025

John Webster Batman, IV, 78, of El Centro, California, passed away peacefully on June 27, 2025, surrounded by his beloved family. Born on December 26, 1946, in California, he was the son of John and Lorena Batman.

John was a devoted husband to Susana for 27 years, a proud father to his son Jason, and a cherished stepfather and grandfather. A respected and successful businessman, John spent decades contributing to the growth and vitality of the Imperial Valley and earned the admiration of those who worked with him.

He will be remembered for his strength, intelligence, sharp sense of humor, tireless work ethic, and deep generosity. His impact will live on in the countless lives he touched.

John is survived by his loving wife, Susana (Silva) Batman; his son, Jason Batman; his stepchildren, Priscilla Guerrero, Alexis Guerrero, Susana Amarillas, and Laura Amarillas; and 13 step-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Lorena Batman.

A memorial service celebrating John's life was held on July 7, 2025. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
