Scott, Wesley E. age 92, passed away on Oct. 1, 2025. He was a life-long resident of Richfield. He attended Woodlake elementary school, graduated from Washburn in '51 and the U of MN. He served in the Army in France in '55 and '56. He worked in the food industry as a food broker. His expertise in sales earned him many incentives, including 18 years of a trip with Eileen somewhere in the world for New Years Eve. He was active in Mt. Olivet Church - serving as a usher for 60 years. He enjoyed fishing, golfing, hunting, bridge and gardening. He was preceded in death by his son, Jeffrey and parents, Betty and Harry Scott. He is survived by his wife, Eileen of 65 years, son Jay (Sue), daughter-in-law Louann, 4 grandchildren and 2 great grandsons. Visitation will start Saturday, Oct 25 at 1PM followed by funeral at 2PM all at Mt. Olivet Lutheran Church, 5025 Knox Ave S. Memorials preferred to Mt. Olivet Lutheran Church.

My sincere condolences to the Scott family. Wes and I used to meet every so often at the Original Pancake House in Edina to "catch up", we would have some wonderful conversations about The U of M, The Army, his Family and many friends and AZ. Wes was a Wonderful loving Husband, Dad, Grandpa and Great Grandpa and was very Proud of all! Wes, I miss My Pal!!
