Carlos Lorenzo Cordova, 35, of Fort Wayne, Indiana, died unexpectedly at his home on Wednesday, June 25, 2025.
Visitation is scheduled from 4-6 p.m., on Friday, July 11, 2025, at Columbia City Church of the Brethren, 112 N. Washington St., Columbia City.
The funeral service will follow at 6 p.m., at the church.
Memorials in Carlos' honor may be made to help with final expenses, c/o Smith & Sons Funeral Home.

Carlos lived with us for about 6 months when he was about 19 or 20. He was very easy to get along with and was with us long enough that he seemed almost like family. I was very fond of him and devastated by his passing.
