BELFORD, NEW JERSEY - Cecelia Marie Letke passed away in Belford, New Jersey, peacefully on June 18, 2025, surrounded by family.
Born on Dec. 16, 1941, in Toledo, Ohio, Cece was married 60 years to Leonard "Len" Letke, who passed away one month before her.
She was a talented cake maker, calligrapher and floral designer. She loved her work through the years at Caruso's Restaurant, Whitehouse Florist, Throops Florist and Accents Gift Shop.
Cecelia's legacy is carried on by her two sons and daughters-in-law, Steve and Mary Beth Letke, and Andrew and Dori Letke; her brother Ron and sister-in-law Kay Floyd; her sisters, Beth Floyd and Vickie Etherton; her sister-in-law, Kathy Gonnella (Greg); her brother-in-law Frank; and her sister-in-law Carolyn Miller (Dan); along with her beloved grandchildren, Andrew, James, Thomas (Anna), Rebecca, Wolfgang, Sylvie; and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Len; her brother, Victor Floyd and his wife Debbie; and her sister-in-law, Paula Letke.
Her light will continue to shine in the hearts of all who knew her.
A celebration of life service for Len and Cece is planned for Monday, July 21, at St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Angola, Indiana. Visitation is at 10 a.m. with Mass at 11a.m.
