Dirk Gasterland Obituary
LA CROSSE - Dirk L. Gasterland, 81, passed away Tuesday, July 1, 2025 at Riverside Transitional Care in La Crosse.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, July 10, 2025 at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 4141 Mormon Coulee Road, La Crosse. A visitation will be held from 9:30 a.m. until time of service.

I represent TriState Ford Club, Inc. and on behalf of our club, and I daresay all of the active automobile clubs in this region, I bring my heartfelt sympathy and condolences to Dirk's family. We all knew Dirk as a passionate member of our collector car community, and he was able to talk about any marque and also provide appraisals. He of course most loved Shelby Mustangs, and was a long-time member of the Shelby-American Automobile Club.

I will always appreciate Dirk´s wise counsel and advice through the years not to mention his service to our country and community. I asked Dirk to serve on my Service Academy selection committee so he can have some influence in choosing the future leadership our country. He will be missed. Tawni and I send our sincere condolences to the Gasterland family. Ron Kind
