Barbara Davis Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Sep. 13, 2025.
With sadness, we announce the passing of Barbara Ann Phillips Davis on September 13, 2025, at the age of 87. Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, Harriett and Edgar Phillips, her loving husband Willard Davis, her youngest son, Philip Davis (Paula), and her grandson, Zachary Davis. She is survived by Michael Davis (Vickie), Rachel Davis Gould (John), Conner Davis (Amy), 6 grandchildren, and her sister Dianne Porter and family.

She always told people she was the original "Barbie," a proud

ELHS Alumna (East Liverpool, Ohio), and a member of Central Church of Christ (Tuscaloosa, Alabama).

She lived an abundant life, filled with quality family time, good food and game nights, cherished friendships, and days filled with books and a love of reading. May her memory bring comfort to those who knew and loved her. To respect her final wishes, her immediate family will place her ashes next to her husband in Clanton, Alabama.

In lieu of flowers, please consider making memorial donations to a charity of your choice.

So sorry to hear of Barbaras death. She was a smiling person to anyone she met and very gracious. I know the family will miss her, but the legacy will live on for them to remember.
