Uncle Billy was my Great Uncle in more ways than the familial relationship. Billy and Wanda were so supportive of me when I was a 16 year old mother. I'll never forget his voice and that Arkansas drawl. RIP UNCLE BILLY, MY CONDOLENCES TO MY COUSINS THAT TIME AND DISTANCE HAS CAUSED US TO DRIFT APART
