Francine Romano Heath, 70, of Belleville, NJ

Francine (also known as Fran, Frannie, or AF to family and friends) passed away at home in Belleville, NJ on Monday, July 6, 2020.

Born on January 31, 1950 in Hudson County, NJ.

Francine was the beloved daughter or Frank and Lillian Romano (nee Klees).

She cherished her twin sister Jo Ann "Jo" Mansueto who she shared a special bond with and often bragged about being born only 3 and a half minutes apart.

Francine grew up in Secaucus, NJ and attended Weehawken High school where she proudly showed her school spirit as the co-captain of the Majorettes for the high school marching band.

Francine was married for 49 years. Although she did not have any children of her own, she adored her two loving nieces Susan Blackfeld (nee Mansueto) and Jeanne Gaccione (nee Mansueto) and was like a second mother to them.

She was a beloved Great Aunt to Phillip Blackfeld, who she also adored.

Francine loved to crochet, put puzzles together, make arts and crafts, and was an avid reader. Her favorite Author was Stephen King and favorite genre was thriller and the paranormal and she loved watching movies on these topics as well.

She was also a Star Trek fan and loved to collect memorabilia.

Francine was also a big fan of music and some of her favorite artists were The Beatles, Electric Light Orchestra, and The Moody Blues which had a huge influence on her nieces.

She loved animals and caring for the cats and dogs she had throughout her life.

Francine will be remembered for her good humored nature and her kind and loving heart which touched the lives of everyone she met.
