Jeffrey Williams Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Jul. 5, 2025.
In Loving Memory of Jeffrey C. Williams

1963 – 2025

Jeffrey C. Williams, devoted son, brother, uncle, friend, community philanthropist, and dog dad, passed away on May 22, 2025, at the age of 62.

Jeff was born in Roseville, CA, the fifth of five children, to the late Noah and Ione Williams. He is survived by siblings, Nancy Swanson, Pat Bailey, Ron Williams, and Laurie Losser (Mike); nieces and nephews, Amy Swanson, Tim Losser, Brad Bailey (Somer), Megan Losser, Ben Bailey (Morgan), and Jenna Losser; many cherished friends; and his beloved Rottweilers, Max and Cleo. Jeff touched many lives and will be deeply missed. He leaves behind a legacy of love and laughter that will be fondly remembered by those who knew and loved him.

Jeff was a proud graduate of Jesuit High School's class of 1981 and received his undergraduate degree from Santa Clara University. He obtained his CPA certification in 1987. Jeff went on to earn a master's degree in finance from San Diego State University, where he also served on the faculty. He later completed a second master's degree in taxation from Golden Gate University.

Jeff was an entrepreneur with a keen mind for business. After starting his career as a CPA, he founded and operated a successful software firm that served school districts nationwide. He was passionate about improving education for students and took pride in leading his company and supporting the people who worked alongside him.

Jeff lived a life marked by generosity, sharp intellect, and a sarcastic sense of humor that endeared him to all who knew him. He had a way of connecting with people, forming lasting friendships wherever he went. Jeff deeply loved his family, cherished his friends, and adored his Rottweilers - a total of 6 over the years! He had a passion for world travel, live theater, history, reading, sports, and playing Strat-O-Matic Baseball!

Services will be held on Saturday, July 19, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at Jesuit High School (Entrance: O'Donnell Drive off of Fair Oaks Boulevard). A Mass will be celebrated in the Chapel of the North American Martyrs, with a reception to follow in the Harris Center. There will be an open mic for sharing memories of Jeff, as well as a slideshow tribute. To contribute photos for the slideshow, please email them to [email protected].

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Jeff's name to Young America's Foundation or Guide Dogs for the Blind.

It´s hard to put into words what 30+ years of knowing Jeff truly meant. He was incredibly generous and had a great sense of humor. If he gave you a nickname (often a funny one), it was his way of showing friendship. I will miss you deeply my friend
