Jamie Hozaki.
She will be deeply missed by her sons Clyde, Karl (Val), Brian (Joy). Grandchildren Chanelle, Laurie, Sherie. Great-grandchildren Makana, Milo, and Zayne.
She enjoyed quilting, crocheting and reading novels.
The Hozaki ohana would like to express their sincere appreciation and gratitude to Island Hospice and their staff. Thank you also to Dr. Latania Y Booker, M.D and her staff at Maui Memorial Medical Hospital.
Family request no flowers and koden. Private service will be held at a later date.
