Just heard of Larry´s passing . My prayers go out to Susanne and the family.
I was one of the horse racing "Posse" we called ourselves . Never met a nicer gentleman and loved his laughter. We had such great times together
and he was the organizer. The great horse racing stories and memories
with Larry will live with me forever .
God Bless Larry , you touch my life with happiness !

In Loving Memory of Uncle Larry

Just because we didn´t talk or see each other much doesn´t mean I didn´t think about you often. Like I do with our whole family, I carried you in my heart.

Our family is so special to me, and losing you is truly hard. You were always so kind to me, and I´ll always treasure the memories we shared-especially the good times at Katie and Granddaddy´s, and those wonderful holidays when we were all together.

Those were the good ole days, and I´ll hold them close forever.

You are truly loved and deeply missed.

With love,
Missy

What a great guy!

Larry was my dear brother, and we loved him deeply.

I have so many memories of Larry sitting around our large family´s holiday table ready with stories of his many adventures, as well as his hilarious everyday encounters. His nephews and nieces would ask "Is Uncle Larry going to be there?" They loved being around him, just like we all did.

Anyone who met Larry would remember him. He always made an impression with his style, good humor, and generosity.

Larry lives on in our hearts.

I´m beyond grateful to know Larry through my father Paul. Larry was very supportive of me through my journey to becoming a college football player. Coming from upstate New York I attended Prep school in North Carolina. Larry welcomed my family in his Virginia home during travel and also attended some games, I´ll surely never forget that.

I´ll also never forget the time my father and I met Larry and Susanne in western PA to hand off Brunello and Bianca!

God bless your entire family! Larry was the absolute best of the best

In high school I worked after school at Margaret Hodeson´s hat and dress shop with Larry´s mom and next door at Mulvey´s I would spend time there with Larry´s dad and his aunt who worked there. Also got to play football with Larry one year at Handley. He was always a good friend to me.
I am sorry to learn of his passing and offer my condolences to the family.
Interesting that I retired to Warrenton to be near our kids...I wish I had known Larry was just a few miles away in Hume.
I didn´t focus on his athletic skills which were ample...my focus is the person..he was a great friend and teammate.
May he rest peace.
